At Picano and Mustill we try to eliminate any client concerns about travel expenses, while also trying to assist our client over as large a geographical area as possible. Traffic jams, weather conditions and distances become our problem, not yours, for all full-handling claims. Our standard charge for traveling time is one hour, half an hour each way. We absorb any additional time getting to and from our assignments. The standard auto charge has only recently been increased to $50 per roundtrip due to ever increasing gas and vehicle maintenance expenses. That represents 100 kilometers round trip, charged out at .50/km. Look at the map and the distances involved…you will see why our clients appreciate this approach!
